Press Release Summary: FastPictureViewer.com just released FastPictureViewer
Professional Edition, supporting TIFF, Nikon NEF, Canon CR2 and Adobe DNG RAW image
formats along with Adobe XMP rating.

Press Release Body: Geneva, Switzerland, April 21, 2008 - FastPictureViewer.com
announce the availability of FastPictureViewer Professional Edition, supporting the
TIFF image file format along with preview support of Nikon NEF, Canon CR2 and Adobe
DNG RAW image formats.

Building upon the Home Basic and Home Premium editions, the Professional edition
adds support for Camera RAW formats previewing for top digital cameras (Nikon
D3/D300, Canon EOS-1D/1Ds MkIII) along with support for DNG/RAW image previewing for
Hasselblad and Leica digital camera through a 3rd-party image decoder. The software
also features a new shooting information window showing essential data like shutter
speed, f-stop, ISO speed, exposure compensation and more for all the aforementioned
professional formats.

All editions features Adobe XMP rating, either as separate "XMP sidecar" files or
directly embedded within the files themselves, depending on format. Windows Vista
embedded image rating is also supported for JPEG, TIFF and Microsoft HD Photo file
formats.

The software uses the power of the latest-generation personal computers (ample
memory, multi-core processors, fast disks and high performance graphic accelerators)
to quickly load and display images in full-screen or in an adjustable window and is
optimized for fast viewing.

The user-interface is minimalist and deliberately kept simple, with the aim to make
the program easy to use for everyone. The program's primary purpose is to help users
review large quantities of digital images and quickly make a rough pre-selection
("culling"); as such it can be useful to image editors or professional and amateur
photographers alike, when they need to go through hundreds if not thousands of
pictures and want to rapidly review what they've in hand, before going on with their
usual post-processing workflow.

Released today, the Professional Edition is available for immediate licensing. A
freeware Home Basic edition with JPEG and HD Photo support is also available. More
